Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy / Zoom Class Guidelines

Please review and agree to the following policies:

  • Late arrivals will not be permitted to join the class.
  • No translators provided: If you do not speak English, you must arrange for your own translator to accompany you throughout the course.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted via email and require at least 2 business days' notice. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.


Zoom Class Rules


  • Punctuality is mandatory: You must be on time and attend both sessions to qualify for your certificate.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate technology and understanding of Zoom prior to class.
  • A maximum of two participants per device is allowed.
  • Your video must remain on and your face visible for the entire duration of the class.
  • Active participation is required: You must respond to your instructor when prompted.
  • You cannot attend class from a bed, vehicle, noisy area, or any other setting deemed unsuitable by the instructor.
  • No multitasking is permitted during class.
  • Children must not appear on video or audio at any time.
  • The class may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded.
  • You are not allowed to leave the class at any point.
  • Ensure your device is fully charged or plugged in during the session.


Important Notes:

  • It is your responsibility to fully understand and adhere to these rules. Exceptions will not be made.
  • If you cannot follow these guidelines or need clarification, please contact us to explore alternative options.
  • Students who fail to comply with these rules will be removed from the class, will not receive certification, and are ineligible for refunds.


Certificates:
Your final certificate will be sent to the address provided during registration. Delivery typically takes
7-10 business days.
